Community Service
The Ellsworth Kiwanis Club has many community service activities that we perform. We hold fund raisers to raise money for our scholarship program and other youth activities we support. Service, Fund-Raising and Social Events -- that sums it up!
We are the official sponsor of the Ellsworth Aktion Club. Aktion Club is the only service club for adults with disabilities, with more than 10,000 members worldwide. Club members become competent, capable, caring leaders through the vehicle of service.
We also provide a chain gang at football games in Ellsworth; sponsor the Ellsworth youth Wrestling Tournament in January of each year; provide High School Athletic Concession Stand labor and serve the Farm Safety Day kids a lunch.

Our members assist with USDA Commodities food distribution along with the First United Methodist Church, Ellsworth.

You can also find us at the Ft. Harker Days, the Cowtown Days in Ellsworth, and other community events selling hamburgers and roasted corn. Our famous "CORN!" cry can be heard throughout the area when we are having fun raising money for kids.
Community Thanksgiving and Christmas Baskets for the Needy
Through member donations, we purchase food for baskets to be given to needy families with children in our area.
USDA Commodities Distribution:
Many of our members volunteer to assist in the distribution of USDA Commodities approximately 6 times per year.
